The bespoke Monthly maintenance package tailored to your every need.

Each monthly visit consist of a 2hrs site visit by technician addressing monthly maintenance items

Add additional tasks / small projects to be addressed during your visit. ($90/hr per additional hour)

You will receive a call 2 days prior to service to confirm your schedule date and items to be addressed

No home is the same, so every maintenance package is customized to specific needs of your house

Below is an example of a monthly service maintenance items:

January

  • Check/change HVAC filters

  • Clean the garbage disposal by grinding ice cubes, then flushing with hot water and baking soda

  • Vacuum heat registers and heat vents

  • Clean mineral deposits from faucets and showerheads

  • Check that indoor and outdoor air vents are not blocked

  • Inspect tub and sink drains for debris; unclog if necessary

  • Check water softener, refill with salt

  • Inspect exterior of home and address issues that may arise

  • As time allows, address any additional items homeowner would like to accomplish

March

  • Check repair cabinet drawers slides and door hinges

  • Clean mineral deposits from faucets and showerheads

  • Inspect tub and sink drains for debris; unclog if necessary

  • Inspect under all sinks for water damage/leaks

  • Check water softener, refill with salt

  • Inspect exterior of home and address issues that may arise

  • As time allows, address any additional items homeowner would like to accomplish

May

  • Seal tile grout

  • Mend cracks and gaps in the driveway and walkway

  • Open pool

  • Have the forced-air heating system inspected by a professional.

  • Vacuum lint from the dryer vent

  • Clean faucet aerators and showerheads to remove mineral deposits

  • Vacuum bathroom exhaust fan grill

  • Check water softener, refill with salt

  • Inspect exterior of home and address issues that may arise

  • As time allows, address any additional items homeowner would like to accomplish

July

  • Touch up exterior siding and trim with paint

  • Inspect roofing for missing, loose, or damaged shingles and leaks

  • Check water softener, refill with salt

  • Inspect exterior of home and address issues that may arise

  • As time allows, address any additional items homeowner would like to accomplish

September

  • Replace the batteries in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Install a smoke detector on every floor of your home, including the basement

  • Clean window and door screens

  • Check water softener, refill with salt

  • Inspect exterior of home and address issues that may arise

  • As time allows, address any additional items homeowner would like to accomplish

November

  • Drain and winterize exterior plumbing, including hoses and inground sprinkler systems

  • Tune up major home appliances before the holidays

  • Check the water heater for leaks

  • Check/change HVAC filters

  • Clean the garbage disposal by grinding ice cubes, then flushing with hot water and baking soda

  • Check repair cabinet drawers slides and door hinges

  • Check water softener, refill with salt

  • Inspect exterior of home and address issues that may arise

  • As time allows, address any additional items homeowner would like to accomplish

February

  • Check/change Water filters

  • Check/Clean hot water heater

  • Test smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and all ground-fault circuit interrupters. Check the gauge and expiration date on fire extinguishers

  • Inspect tub and sink drains for debris; unclog if necessary

  • Check water softener, refill with salt

  • Inspect exterior of home and address issues that may arise

  • As time allows, address any additional items homeowner would like to accomplish

April

  • Check/change HVAC filters

  • Clean the garbage disposal by grinding ice cubes, then flushing with hot water and baking soda

  • Vacuum heat registers and heat vents

  • Test smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and all ground-fault circuit interrupters. Check the gauge and expiration date on fire extinguishers

  • Oil garage door opener and hain, garage door and all door hinges

  • Check water softener, refill with salt

  • Inspect exterior of home and address issues that may arise

  • As time allows, address any additional items homeowner would like to accomplish

June

  • Reverse the direction of your ceiling fans

  • Check the fireplace for damage or hazard and clean fireplace flues.

  • Seal cracks and gaps in windows and doors with caulk or weather stripping; replace if necessary

  • Check water softener, refill with salt

  • Inspect exterior of home and address issues that may arise

  • As time allows, address any additional items homeowner would like to accomplish

August

  • Check/change HVAC filters

  • Clean the garbage disposal by grinding ice cubes, then flushing with hot water and baking soda

  • Vacuum heat registers and heat vents

  • Clean mineral deposits from faucets and showerheads

  • Check that indoor and outdoor air vents are not blocked

  • Inspect tub and sink drains for debris; unclog if necessary

  • Check water softener, refill with salt

  • Inspect exterior of home and address issues that may arise

October

  • Vacuum bathroom exhaust fan grill

  • As time allows, address any additional items homeowner would like to accomplish

December

  • Wrap insulation around outdoor faucets and pipes

  • Cover your air conditioning unit

  • Vacuum bathroom exhaust fan grill

  • Vacuum refrigerator and freezer coils and empty and clean drip trays

  • Clean drains in sinks, tubs, showers and dishwashers

  • Clean faucet aerators and showerheads to remove mineral deposits

  • Reverse the direction of your ceiling fans

  • Check repair cabinet drawers slides and door hinges

  • Check water softener, refill with salt

  • Inspect exterior of home and address issues that may arise

  • As time allows, address any additional items homeowner would like to accomplish
